In recognition of the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Alfardan Sports Motors – the official dealer of Maserati in Qatar, and The St. Regis Doha, hosted breast cancer survivor Asma Bojassom at the luxury hotel. This unparalleled initiative underlines both the hotel and the dealership’s commitment towards public welfare and community engagement during the month of October which is recognised as the international Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The St. Regis Doha welcomed Asma and her family to the Finest Address in Qatar, offering an unforgettable experience within its world-class facilities. Asma and her family enjoyed the weekend in one of the hotel’s luxury suites and dined in award-winning venues Vine and Opal by Gordon Ramsay. The weekend sojourn was enhanced with the opportunity to experience an exclusive test drive of the Maserati Quattroporte. Asma, a Qatari national and a mother of 5, was diagnosed with breast cancer five years ago. The tremendous support and treatment offered by Qatar Cancer Society and Hamad Medical Corporation nursed her back to normal life. Today she maintains a healthy lifestyle, and in her role as a sports teacher, she continues to inspire students and peers alike.
