Many of the leading figures in OSRAM, the multinational lighting manufacturer jointly held a customer appreciation event held at the Oryx Rotana recently, with Jaidah Independent Aftermarket division. The annual customer appreciation event recognised trailblazing businesses that are setting the benchmark for quality in the country.
The event celebrated businesses with a proven track record of success and the company’s commitment to the highest standards of excellence, service and customer care, as well as sharing product and packaging updates, and included a technical seminar to create product awareness. Leading figures from OSRAM worldwide attended, including Mr. Nikolai Dianov - Head of Sales & Marketing, Automotive Lighting from OSRAM Eastern Europe & MEA, Mr. Matt Hillenbrand, Head of Product Management from OSRAM Germany and Miss. Aysen Acarturk Api, Marketing Manager from OSRAM Lighting Middle East.
