Leading figures from Qatar’s media stepped behind the wheel of Alfardan Automobiles most popular BMW models, including the new X7, for a unique driving tour from Doha to Al Khor.
Setting out from Alfardan’s West Bay showroom, the fleet of 7 BMWs embarked on a thrilling Highway Drive Experience taking in the sites of the capital city and coastal roads on the way to the newly opened BMW Al Khor Service Centre and Showroom.
During the 45-minute drive from Doha to Al Khor the specially invited guests, including journalists from Qatar’s most popular newspapers and motoring magazines as well as social media personalities, influencers and bloggers, experienced the very definition of sheer driving pleasure.
The parade of premium BMW vehicles consisted of a BMW X7, BMW X5, BMW X3, and BMW X2 as well as a BMW M5, BMW 3 series, and BMW 5 Series.
The Highway Drive Experience was the perfect opportunity for members of the media to discover the premium range of BMW motor cars from luxury X-range SAVs, ultra-high performance M5 to sporty urban sedans.
The 50km route from Doha to Alfardan’s new Al Khor facility was the ideal opportunity to test the smooth ride, precision handling, and stunning interior luxury of each of the 7 BMW models.
Once the convoy arrived at Al Khor, the guests were invited to tour the recently opened service centre and showroom. A major milestone in Alfardan’s ambitions, the Al Khor facility will allow the official importer of BMW cars in Qatar to seamlessly deliver BMW’s premium levels of care, service and engineering to customers across the peninsula.
Members of the media were briefed on the high standards of design, build quality and attention to detail that went into the construction of the new facility.
The final leg of the Highway Driving Experience saw the guests swap motor cars once again before a leisurely cruise to Doha before returning to Alfardan’s BMW West Bay showroom.
