Customers continue to benefit from advance booking option or the pick-up and delivery of their cars from and to their homes without the need to leave their place. The services are always complemented with ultimate sanitizing and cleanness measures to secure the safety of staff and customers.
Besides, customers can do their vehicles’ service at the reopened Mercedes-Benz service center at the industrial area, which was temporarily closed as part of the precautionary measures to limit the spread of coronavirus. The center is now open in response to the directions taken by the State of Qatar to the gradual lifting of the Industrial Area lockdown.
The Mercedes-Benz service center resumes business hours from Sunday through Thursday, from 9 AM till 3 PM, providing its quality services to all Mercedes-Benz vehicles. NBK Automobiles have taken all the necessary precautionary measures, including comprehensive hygiene of the workshop, to secure the safety of the staff and customers.
