Hixen machinery mainly includes crawler excavators, wheel excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders and skid steer loaders etc. These machinery are widely used in construction works, farming, gardening, landscaping and mining areas. The Hixen mini excavators are available in both the HX40-chain model and the HW75-wheel model.
The HX40 is widely used in indoor demolition, municipal engineering, land reclamation, underground operations, and many more. HX40 meets the emission standard with large torque, strong power, energy saving and fuel saving. The load sensing system realizes the perfect match between the engine and the main pump provides accurate flow, improves operation efficiency and saves fuel and time. HX40 comes with an operating capacity of 3.8 tons and is equipped with a Kubota engine.
HW75 have a precise matching design and advanced energy-saving control which reduce the oil consumption of the machine. The use of new cooling fans and large silencers makes the noise of the machine lower. Advanced turbocharging technology is adopted to enhance the plateau adaptability of the machine. The unique funnel mouth fan cover greatly improves the intake air volume of the engine and the heat dissipation capacity of the system, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the machine. HW75 comes with an operating capacity of 7 tons. It is equipped with a Yanmar engine and comes with a reinforced chassis, hydraulic power steering, and a wheel reduction axle to improve mechanical flexibility and durability. The important hinge parts of the dipper handle adopt the forging structure which can ease the stress and improve the durability by changing the shape and plate thickness.
The bucket-cutting plates are made of special war-resistant steel plates, which are suitable for heavy load operation. They are equipped with wear-resistant bucket teeth and side teeth to improve the performance of the machine.
